Watch Repair and Replacement Service

PMB has an extensive network of brand new and second hand watches. Our team of experienced Suppliers are able to source watches for our clients either on a like for like basis subject to availability or an alternative watch to the equivalent value providing the replacement cost to insurers remains the same as the original model.

All new watches sourced are provided with box and papers with usual manufacturer guarantees which have recently been increased to 8 years by many manufacturers. Any second hand watch supplied will come with our suppliers own guarantee for at least one year if the original warranty has expired.

In relation to watch repairs PMB tend to use the manufacturers own repair service as this provides the best level of guarantee and service on any repairs for the client. PMB also have access to their own network of horologists who can undertake repairs on many brands of watches in the event the manufacturer cannot repair which happens in some but few cases.
